Nourish, sustain, and energise with Clodagh Thorisson Nutrition

Nutritional therapy is an evidence-based approach to maximising one’s health potential though individually formulated nutritional and lifestyle changes. It promotes the benefits of good, wholesome, unprocessed foods for optimal well-being, as well as the therapeutic effects of particular foods for specific health conditions.

Clodagh Thorisson says after 15 years in the film industry, she decided to take back control of her life, health, and happiness. She says; "This led me to retrain as a nutritional therapist. I am a fully insured member of the NTOI - Nutritional Therapists of Ireland - the professional association supporting fully qualified nutritional therapists in Ireland with a minimum of a three year diploma focusing on biomedicine, pathology, nutritional science, and clinical practice.

"When you decide to optimise the daily food choices you make, it has a positive impact on many aspects of your life, from the personal to the sporting or business goal. I develop individual plans for all my clients and deliver achievable and maintainable nutrition programmes in order to help their health or fitness goals become a reality. A 90-minute initial consultation is required to devise your plan with 30-minute follow-up appointments available also.

"My eight week weight loss programme is taking bookings now for those who want to see results by Christmas and beyond. With individual consultations, weekly weigh-ins, food diary recommendations and much more, I will be on hand to help you through the journey to optimal health.
