September is almost upon us and the leisure centre at Clayton Hotel Galway is gearing up to restart its fitness regime.
With a 20 metre swimming pool, sauna, steam room, fitness room and free parking, the hotel offers superb facilities, excellent classes and an overall convenient option for everyone.
Its leisure facilities offer pool only membership or a combination of pool and fitness membership. The fitness room, which recently opened for membership, is an added addition to the club. Sean, one of the teams fitness instructors is now on hand to offer advice and instruction to all users helping to motivate and improve their overall physical health and wellness.
All swimming lessons commence on Monday September 4. Classes cater for children from four years of age in beginner group classes, all the way up to junior lifeguard level. Classes, which are open to both members and non–members are now available weekdays and weekends for all levels. Due to popular demand the leisure centre has also increased the number of lessons that are on offer. The team of experienced swimming instructors are available throughout the day.
Leisure Centre manager Clare Gohery said: "One-to-one lessons are proving very popular. We offer tailored swim programmes to improve swim technique and overall fitness. We have had huge success rates at all levels - from the nervous beginner swimmer, all the way up to the experienced swimmer and those who are training for a special event."
Aqua-fit classes also return in September. These classes are available twice a week and are open to both members and non-members. An energetic fast moving class, aqua fit is suitable for non-swimmers and all age groups.
Pre-booking for all classes is essential and with a number of classes already full, do not waste any more time in contacting a member of the leisure team. To book telephone (091 ) 721900 or e-mail [email protected]
