The Galway Gin Co Lychee Martini
Ingredients
50ml Galway Gin
20ml lychee syrup
20ml lemon juice
Method
Pour all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker over ice and shake. Fine strain into a Martini glass and garnish with lemon peel.
