56 Central Restaurant in the heart of Galway city is located on Shop Street, the 120 seater restaurant which is celebrating 2 years in business this summer has been making a firm name for itself with Galwegians. This summer 56 Central will officially open their redesigned rooftop Buddha Garden, meaning al fresco dinning above the streets will be happening all summer long.

The rooftop garden is the ideal location to enjoy a refreshing in house juice, iced coffee or a little glass of bubbles. Summer dining at 56 Central is focused around their mega salads, juicy burgers and lighter bites including sweet potato fries and Flatbread Pizza.

Open for breakfast all week long, 56 Central has upped the ante on the weekend with a boozy Sunday brunch on from 12 noon. 56 Central’s new summer menu has been cleverly designed with a nod to fresh and simple food that is perfect shared with friends and family with a glass of wine or a simple signature juice.

Because of its central location, 56 Central has become a meeting venue for breakfast with early risers munching on waffles, free range eggs and fresh juices, the place you will pop to for coffee and cake, for a quick weekday lunch or a lazier evening bite with a chilled glass of wine or bubbles.

56 Central is open from 8:30am to 6pm Monday to Thursday, 8:30am to 8:30pm Friday and Saturday and from 10am to 5pm on Sunday. Private events can be catered for at night time and from early morning.
