Burkeway Homes has had a hugely successful final phase launch of 29 homes at Maoilín, Ballymoneen Road, Knocknacarra, Galway. Agents Sherry FitzGerald and O’Donnellan & Joyce offered the homes to the market over the weekend of March 25 and 26. Demand proved so strong that there were a number of interested buyers who arrived early to secure the home of their choice, and after a busy weekend of viewers through the showhouse all available units were booked. The sales of these 29 homes represent the last remaining units in this 102-home development, which has proved very popular and successful over a 20 month sales programme.
Maoilín is the first substantial new residential development to be built in the western suburbs of Galway since 2007. It incorporates traditional housing, three and four bed semi and detached homes combined with contemporary style, and use of modern technology to provide a highly efficient A-rated home. Burkeway Homes, in conjunction with McCauley Daye O’Connell architects, has spent a number of years in the planning and design of the development and individual unit styles.
