O’Donnellan & Joyce records €6 million in property sales in its Wild Atlantic Way April auction

O'Donnellan & Joyce auctioneers realised sales of close to €6 million at last Friday's Wild Atlantic Way property auction. Strong interest in the property market continues with Galway city properties dominating the auction and generating enormous interest from eager purchasers.

The team have been filming with O’Donnellan & Joyce clients who are buying and selling properties and giving an insight into the exciting business of the auction process.

Colm O'Donnellan, partner and auctioneer with O’Donnellan & Joyce, said: “There was exceptional interest from owner occupiers with great value for money in the city.”
