The Spanish Institute is offering two eight week courses starting on the week of May 9. These courses are specially designed for those who want to spend their summer holiday in Spain or Latin America and would like to have some basics of the language.
One of the courses will take place on Tuesday evenings from 6.30pm to 8.30pm, and the other one on Thursday mornings from 10.30am to 12.30pm. The price for these 16 hour courses is €150 with all the materials included.
The Spanish Institute is also organising Junior and Leaving Cert revision classes. These courses will take place from Monday May 29 to Friday June 2, from 4.30pm to 6pm. The price of this revision week is €75.
All courses are designed to be fun and interactive, with a heavy emphasis on everyday oral communication. The insititute’s modern and well equipped study centre, along with qualified, native, teachers, provides a friendly learning environment in which students are encouraged to learn through interacting with one another.
The Spanish Institute is focused on becoming the centre of the Spanish language and Hispanic culture in Galway. Along with language courses, The Spanish Institute plans to offer a variety of Spanish summer camps for children and teens, Hispanic cultural events, and activities.
