Would you like to learn African drumming?

Eamon Carrick has always loved rhythm and drumming. "I began attending a drumming class run by Anet Moore and John Bowker in 2007," he said. "After a few years I began facilitating the drumming myself. I got hooked and loved it."

This led to his starting Community Spirit Drumming, which offers weekly classes every Tuesday at 7pm and Thursday at 6pm in Galway city. Workshops are also available for groups, parties, and events. He has conducted drumming workshops for a range of groups and events, such as youth groups, functions, festivals, family parties, Communions, confirmations, weddings, and housewarmings.

Drumming workshops are perfect for team building and team bonding. Community Spirit Drumming has conducted local and national workshops for groups such as Connacht Rugby Academy, Irish women's rugby, the under 20s Irish rugby team, the Yap Ireland international launch, youth organisations and festivals, children's groups, transition years, people with intellectual disabilities, homeless people, older people, conventions and company events, and fundraisers.
