I've worked in many Galway restaurants and hotels over the years but always wanted my own business. I loved the idea of a food van, travelling around meeting different people from all over the country so I converted a van into a fully working kitchen.
Set up nearly 3 years ago i have been trading at Oranmore and Moycullen markets on a regular basis. Attending food festivals and catering for birthday parties and communions etc. I have my first wedding book in 2017!
Serving a modern twist on an irish classic, you can get a boxty pancake stuffed with tender stout braised beef and creamy cheese.
Load old fashioned hand cut fries made from irish roosters with anything from braised beef, bbq chicken or a homemade vegetable curry or choose to have in a toasted wrap.
For the big and small kids you can get an awesome twisted chip on a stick or pieces of popcorn chicken.
Join me on a Friday in Moycullen to enjoy Fish Fryday where you can buy any fish from Gannet fishmongers and get it beer battered or grilled with a generous portion of my hand cut fries for a bargain at €5 for one €9 for two or €12 for three. Where else would you get to pick from so many different varieties of fish and watch the chef cook it in front of you?

For the Taste of Success I adapted my beef dish into a life changing prize winning dish which is in over 140 lidl stores nationwide.
Since winning the Taste of Success I plan to upgrade my food van, a complete change of image .
