We are immensely excited at The Skeff to announce The Heineken Clubhouse Challenge on Saturday 17th December. Kick Off is at 7.30pm.
HERE’S WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT THE HEINEKEN CLUBHOUSE CHALLENGE AT THE SKEFF
1. THERE WILL BE PRIZES GALORE
Joining the fun is easy. All you have to do to be involved is to turn up early. Bring your Thinking Hat rugby hat or scrum cap even. As with all great gameshows there will be plenty of fun and prizes on the night including match tickets and merchandise.

2. IT WILL BE A UNIQUE RUGBY EXPERIENCE
The night is set to be an amazing one with rugby fans from all over Galway and further afield joining together for a night to test your rugby smarts and skills. All we can tell you it that it has been hugely successful elsewhere and we are thrilled to be able to bring it to you right here at The Skeff! The night is set to score big time and we know you’ll want to be there.
3. WE WILL BE GOING LIVE WITH GALWAY BAY FM
Galway Bay FM will be broadcasting live on Saturday afternoon before we kick-off the rugby challenge so come along and get some practice in as we test some customers’ rugby knowledge live on air! We will also be giving away Skeff rewards during the three-hour broadcast from 3.00pm-6.00pm on Saturday Sport with Gary Kelly.
4. WE WILL BE GOING LIVE WITH SKEFF SPORTS 1
Skeff Sports 1We’re prone to going Live on Facebook for some major sporting events. This will be no different with Skeff Sports 1 kicking into action on the night to add to the razzmatazz. Who knows? You and your friends may even be in the spotlight!
5. RUGBY CLUBS ARE INVITED
All Rugby Clubs are invited to attend. No matter the colour and the inevitable rivalry on the field, everyone involved or interested in Rugby is invited to attend. hkn-rugby-club-badgeWhile we are now deep into the Rugby season both locally, nationally and internationally, let’s have a night of Rugby skills in the much warmer surroundings of The Skeff. Feel free to wear your Club colours or bring your Connacht Rugby jersey if you like.
6. TWO IRISH RUGBY LEGENDS ARE COMING
We’ve kept the best part to last. Yes indeed, we will be hosting two mega rugby legends at The Skeff Late Bar on Saturday 17th December. None other than Shane Byrne and Reggie Corrigan will be leading off the proceedings. Come and meet them in person, or better still be here early on the night and you could be selected on one of the legends’ teams.
