A special Christmas coffee morning in aid of the Galway Hospice will be hosted by the Radisson Blu Hotel & Spa, Galway, on Tuesday (December 13 ).
Guests can join members of staff from Radisson Blu Hotel between 11.30am and 12.30pm for a coffee and a pastry for €5, with 100 per cent of the proceeds donated to the hospice.
Galway Hospice provides a wide range of specialist palliative care services to adults and children with cancer and other life-limiting illnesses throughout Galway city and county, as well as providing support to their families and carers.
These services include home care, inpatient care, day care, bereavement support, and education. Galway Hospice depends hugely on the generosity and goodwill of the people of Galway to fund these services which cost in excess of €1.8 million and are provided free of charge.
