GALWAY ARTIST Breda Fox is hosting an exhibition of her oil paintings in Pearla na Mara, Lower Fairhill Road, just off Dominick Street, with the official launch on Sunday December 11 from 5pm to 7pm.
Breda, from Castlegar, will display a selection of landscapes, seascapes, still-lifes, and seasonal, floral, and animal paintings. She has worked as a healthcare assistant around Galway for many years. She has always enjoyed painting, but has recently decided to focus on it on a more permanent basis, taking commissions and also running classes. In 2013 she qualified in the Bob Ross technique of ‘wet on wet’ oil painting. In 2016 she qualified in the Jenkins technique.
All are welcome to the launch. The exhibition runs throughout December and into the New Year.
