GALWAY CLUBNIGHTS Jungle Boogie! and Get Boogie! will celebrate their fifth birthdays with a special night in The Commercial Boatclub, Woodquay, this Saturday from 9pm.
DJing on the night will be Don Rosco, Undadog, Welfare, BadmanDeego, Jonezy, Crux, Miles Iwes, and Deletia. The sound is being provided courtesy of a link-up between Galway's own Subversion and Cork's RiseUp SoundSystem. Jungle Boogie! and Get Boogie! were founded by Welfare in 2011, Get Boogie! (then called Choonage ) being focused on contemporary, domestic, electronica. Jungle Boogie! concentrates on old school drum'n'bass.
