'Showman extraordinaire' - Jerry Fish to play Róisín Dubh

JERRY FISH, the charismatic singer and entertainer, described as a "showman extraordinaire, not to be missed” by Hot Press, returns to Galway this weekend to play the Róisín Dubh.

Jerry will be joined by his five-piece band, which includes RSAG's Jeremy Hickey on drums, this Saturday from 9pm. The show will range from crooned ballads, to Latin-esque songs, to fiery rock'n'roll, from a man who has been called Tom Waits in a good mood, or Leonard Cohen doing Dean Martin. All in all, expect a night of great music with a performer who refuses to countenance audiences having anything but a good time.

As EILE.ie said: “When you come away from a gig more energised than when you went in, you know you’ve been in the presence of greatness."

Tickets are available at www.roisindubh.net, the Ticket Desk at OMG Zhivago, Shop Street, and The Róisín Dubh.
