The award winning five star g Hotel & Spa Galway, is delighted to announce its sponsorship of the Best Dressed Lady Competition at this year’s Galway Races Summer Festival 2016. The g hotel & Spa is the exquisite creation of world renowned milliner and Galway native Philip Treacy. The hotel has won numerous awards for its design and ambiance since it opened its doors in 2006.
Hailed as the highlight of the summer social calendar Triona Barrett General Manager of the g Hotel & Spa with Michael Moloney, Manager of Galway Racecourse in Ireland and a huge tourist attraction, Ladies Day takes place on Thursday July 28 during the weeklong horse racing festival. The g Hotel & Spa will sponsor both the Best Dressed Lady with a prize worth €10,000 and the Best Hat competition with a prize to the value of €2,000. Both leaders in their respective fields, this new partnership between Galway Races and the g Hotel & Spa is a three year agreement that will end in 2018.
