56 Central, Galway's most stylish restaurant is celebrating their 1st Birthday this week. Located in the heart of Galway City 56 Central opened its doors on 19th of May 2015 under the ownership of Galway business woman Gill Carrol.
Gill is also the owner of the thriving 37 West located in Newcastle. Located in the former Lynch's Cafe, 56 Central's rennovations transforming the premises were detailed online via social media.

The interior was designed by some of Ireland's leading artists and aimed to create the city's most stylish dining experience. Celebrating their first year in business Miss Caroll said via social media "I'm so proud of 56 Central today & it will be here to serve the people of Galway & beyond for a long time! Thanks to everyone who supported us & visited us"
