THE ARTIST Paula Vallar Garate will exhibit a series of her illustrations at her new exhibition in the Galway City Library, the official opening of which is this evening at 6pm.
The exhibition, entitled Araf, runs throughout May. Speaking about her work, Paula said: "In 2006 I started at Bilbao Arts College. I lived in Portugal, where I started using sketchbooks as a way of expressing myself. I did a master's in teaching. My work is composed of different things, mostly illustration, but I also work in photography, children's books, paintings, and T-shirts, object intervention, and wall painting."
Admission is free and all are welcome.
