Mayor of the city to launch The Galway Review 4

Anthology features stories, poetry, and essays by Galway based writers

Fianna Fáil Galway West TD Éamon O'Cuív is among those whose writings are featured in The Galway Review 4, the new anthology of prose, poetry, and essays.

The Galway Review 4 will be launched in the Moore Institute Seminar Room, Room G010, Ground Floor, Hardiman Research Building at NUIG, this Thursday [April 21] at 6.30pm, by the Mayor of Galway, Cllr Frank Fahy.

The anthology is the fourth printed edition of The Galway Review, the literary magazine which has evolved from the popular online edition which has more than 210,000 online readers. Edited by Máire Holmes, the book contains fiction, non-fiction, reviews, and poetry by Marie Sheppard Nolan, Ray Johnstone, Pat J Mullan, Tim Cunningham, Nerina Burke, Donal Moloney, Colm Whelan, Gloria D Gonsalves, Richard W Halperin, Berni Dwan, Kujtim Morina, Vincent Holmes, James Conway, Steve Wade, Katherine Noone, and Trish McHale.

Other writers featured in the new anthology are Kate Flood, Fiona Smith, Matt Mooney, William Ruleman, Donal Mahoney, Daniel Sammon, Laney Lenox, Wendy Gist, Emily Cullen, Iris M Mora, Neil Slevin, Rachael O’Connor, Vincent Hughes, Eileen P Keane, Julianne Eleanor, Tony Deffely, Sheila A McHugh, Chris Black, Mary Lee, Lazer Stani, Maire Holmes, Trevor Conway and Éamon Ó Cuív.
