Friday’s vote vital for continuewwd investment in Galway – Kyne

Fine Gael TD and General Election candidate, Seán Kyne has stressed the need for continued investment in Galway and the importance of sending representatives to Dublin who are willing and able to fight to secure such investment.

“It is essential that we maintain the momentum of Galway’s recovery which is providing more jobs, making work pay and providing the resources needed for better services and investment for Galway.

“Many decisions on large scale investment projects depend on political will. It was, for example, a political decision to build the Gort to Tuam motorway,” he said.

“Building the Galway Bypass, developing Galway Port, expanding and refurbishing our Galway hospitals, colleges and schools will be political decisions. It is vital that we use our vote on Friday so that our city and county continues to have representatives in the Dáil and Government who will be strong, consistent voices for Galway,” he concluded.
