"Baby It’s Cold Outside" as the song goes. Recently it has also been wild, windy, and very wet, but Christmas is coming and what better way to get into the Yuletide mood, than with some crooners delivering classic festival songs.
Christmas Crooners at the Town Hall Theatre on Tuesday December 15 at 8pm, will feature West-End singers William Fitzgerald, Derek Aidoo, and Ray Eves, performing as Bing Crosby, Nat King Cole, and Frank Sinatra respectively, singing songs like 'Baby It’s Cold Outside', 'The Christmas Song', 'Little Drummer Boy', 'White Christmas', and swing arrangements of Christmas hymns.
There will also be an appearance by Christmas Belle singing 'Santa Baby' and 'Rocking Around The Christmas Tree'. The show will be in the style of the famous Andy Williams Christmas Shows, with Christmas trees, a rocking chair, and a fireplace. The Daily Herald said: “Christmas Crooners is guaranteed to get you in the festive mood; singing and swaying all the way home!”
