DNG Maxwell Heaslip & Leonard November auction has something for all buyers

Tomorrow afternoon will see leading Galway auction house DNG Maxwell Heaslip & Leonard hold its final auction of 2015 in the Radisson Blu Hotel on Lough Atalia. Not for the first time, the St Francis Street based firm is expecting a huge turnout with its auctions proving to be a essential event for those interested in the west of Ireland's property values and trends.

As usual, the ever-professional auction team are bringing an exciting mix of properties to the auction floor, with something to suit all types of buyers, covering all sectors of the property market. Auction director James Heaslip, who will oversee the proceedings on the day, said: “All of the auction team are very excited about tomorrow. We’ve got a hugely attractive mix of properties and have spent the past five weeks working very hard in order to have a successful afternoon.

“Our auctions are now well known for being the most professionally run events in the country, but they are as much about the event and the entertainment, as it is for the results," he added. "While we offer our clients a highly efficient service that is second to none, we go to great lengths to make sure those involved, be they buyers, sellers, or just interested onlookers, remain engaged throughout the process.”

With almost 40 lots being brought to the floor, the list of properties is extensive. From townhouses in the hugely desirable location of Salthill, to walk-in investment properties in Shantalla, Henry Street, and the city centre, to lands in Castlegar, Ballindereen, and Claremorris, a public house in Tuam, and lands in Kinnegad with development potential, there really is something for every type of buyer.

Alan Maxwell commented: “We have had five busy weeks with our open viewings and have had record numbers turning up at all the properties. The past 12 months have seen our auction results surpass our expectations with some huge prices achieved, but there is always some value to be had for those shrewd enough to spot the value, and tomorrow should be no different.”

DNG Maxwell Heaslip & Leonard's auction will take place tomorrow, starting at 2pm sharp, in The Radisson Blu Hotel, Lough Atalia, Galway. Full details of each property and the running order of the lots can be viewed on www.dnggalway.ie or by contacting any of the auction team at 091 565261.
