Design House Barna, tonight marks a decade of styling and dressing women from the west and all over Ireland.
The high-end fashion boutique has become a destination store because of the designers they carry,such as Mat De Misaine and Armor-Lux from France.
The store which has been refurbished to celebrate their ten years in business, will host a fashion showcase this eveningThursday September 10 when Galway’s Sile Seoige will host the evening which will see Catwalk Models wearing key pieces and trends from Design House Barna.
The fashionable affair will start at 6:30pm with the fashion showcase starting at 7:15pm. Champagne and chocolates will be served to guests on arrival along with bluegrass music and a 10% discount off everything on the night.
“We are so delighted to invite all our customers to help us celebrate our tenth birthday, it has been a very fast and enjoyable ten years and we love bringing our favourite lines and collections to the DHB customer,” said Regina Cunnane, owner of Design House Barna.
The boutique based in Barna Village carries international labels including Evelin Brandt, Bianca, Alpha Studio and Penny Black. Regina and her store will celebrate ten years in business this summer and have now established through extensive buying trips and a keen eye for quality and detail what the Design House Barna customer wants.
“Our niche is really in high quality garments that are beautifully designed and make for quirky and interesting additions to any wardrobe. Our customers are so varied; we dress women from their late twenties right up to their late 70s” said Regina.
“Customer service is key to our business, but this is definitely paired with the key brands we carry. We know the labels, the cuts, the shapes, styles and we know that the lines will work for our customers” Design House Barna have some unusual brands that Regina sources from older companies around Europe, some who have been around for hundreds of years, rather than newer companies.
