THE JIVE Aces, one of Britain's leading jive and swing bands, renowned for their high-energy music and flamboyant live shows, as well as being the first live band to reach the finals of Britain’s Got Talent, are coming to Galway.
The band, described as "one of the most entertaining and multi-talented acts around. Brilliant musicianship combined with a madcap sense of fun on stage. Simply Sensational!" by The Stage, play Monroe's Live on Thursday August 6 at 9pm as part of their Spread A Little Happiness tour
The sextet will play songs like 'When You’re Smiling', 'Mack The Knife', and Morcambe & Wise's 'Bring Me Sunshine', the video for which has clocked up 2.5 million views on Youtube and won several awards. They have worked with Van Morrison and Status Quo, headlined and sold-out the Royal Albert Hall, and have played at Buckingham Palace.
