The Eyre Street Steakhouse has something for everyone

Revive has ventured into the evening dining scene with the opening of The Eyre Street Steakhouse, a dedicated steakhouse with a menu that not only appeals to steak lovers but also to the non-carnivores among us.

Head chef Mark Tuohy buys his produce locally, with the finest dry aged steaks coming from Brady’s of Athenry and Morgan Maguire of Ballinasloe, fish from Gannet Fishmongers, and Herterich’s Pork.

The menu consists of a well thought out selection of dishes to suit a wide range of tastes. Steaks include ribeye, sirloin, and fillet and are accompanied by delicious home cut fries, buttermilk onion rings, and homemade Béarnaise sauce. The signature dish, The Porterhouse, serves two people, is ideal as a sharing option and perfect for any special occasion.

The Steakhouse burger is a real treat, custom made for the steakhouse by Brady’s and cooked to order, succulent and full of flavour. The grilled free-range chicken comes in three different flavours, and the hot and spicy chicken wings and BBQ pork ribs are definitely up there with the best. Seafood options include market fish of day, steamed mussels, and organic salmon. A children’s menu is also available.

The grown-up version of jelly and ice-cream, bourbon jelly based on the famous old fashioned cocktail, or the lemon and raspberry posset provide an ideal way to finish off your meal.

The Steakhouse is open 6pm to 10pm Wednesday to Sunday. It is also available for hire for private parties of up to 80 guests, with an outdoor patio making it an ideal location.

Whether it is for a glass of wine on the outdoor patio or the whole experience, walk in or call 091 533779 to book.
