INTERSKALACTIC, IRELAND’S only 10-piece ska band are set to deliver a night of ?rst-wave, old-school, Jamaican ska including covers of Skatalites and Prince Buster classics.
The band will play a two hour show at Kelly’s Bar, Bridge Street, on Saturday February 21 from 10pm. They also come with a formidable live reputation, having played Electric Picnic and the Cork Jazz Festival.
Hugo Jellett, the programmer of the Salty Dog Stage at Electric Picnic said of them: “These guys took to the stage and made festival-goers remember they were there to rejoice.”
