Horrible Histories’ Groovy Greeks are coming to Galway

STAGECOACH DRAMA and theatre school spring term starts this Saturday with classes taking place in St Mary’s College. Registration for new pupils is also taking place.

The spring term runs for 12 weeks and is for those aged between four and 18, with classes in dance, drama, and singing. Spaces are limited and early booking is advised through 091 - 556274 or www.stagecoach.ie/galway

As part of Stagecoach’s spring term, on Saturday March 28, there will be a performance of Horrible Histories’ The Groovy Greeks, written by The Birmingham Stage Company exclusively for Stagecoach.

“There was an opportunity to sign up and bring a junior Horrible Histories to Galway,” said Stagecoach principal John Lucey. “It’s a wonderfully inventive script based on the Ancient Greeks with educational and fun songs. We are delighted to have acquired the rights. The Birmingham Stage Company have produced stunning moments in the show.”
