Hurling champions Portumna will face Ardrahan, St Thomas, Craughwell, and Clarinbridge in next season’s Galway Senior Hurling Championship.
The draw, which was made on Tuesday evening, sees Portumna favourites to progress from group one once again.
The most competitive pool looks like Group D, where Sarsfields, Carnmore, Castlegar, Kinvara, and Loughrea all meet.
The intermediate championship will feature a new outfit Wolfe Tones, who boast players from junior clubs Barna-Furbo, An Spideal, Salthill-Knocknacarra, St Columbas, and Menlo Emmets. Tones will face Oranmore-Maree, Kilconieron, Ahascragh-Fohenagh, and Padraig Pearses.
