Call Super to make debut Irish appearance

CALL SUPER - aka DJ JR Seaton - will make his debut Irish appearance when he plays Bap to the Future this Saturday in Factory, Abbeygate Street.

Call Super initially started out as a duo, before Seaton took over and made it a more personal project, as evidenced by his debut album, Suzi Ecto, released on Houndstooth, the Rob Booth-helmed in-house label of London clubbing institution Fabric.

Suzi Ecto is a meticulously crafted collection which stretches techno into new shapes. The album deals with such weighty themes as the death of a friend, the political significance of dancing to repetitive beats, and the importance of family.

Doors are at 11pm. Admission is €5 before midnight and €8 after.
