THE SHORT film will be celebrated in Galway at a new festival which takes place this weekend - the first Little Cinema Festival.
The festival will be held in the Nuns Island Theatre and starts on Saturday at 2pm with the Little Cinema Junior screening, a selection of shorts made by under 18s. That evening there will be the Mystery Screening, where two bus loads of people will leave Galway at 7pm and be driven an hour outside of town to a secret location for a surprise film screening. The festival concludes on Sunday at 8pm with a night of premieres of short films.
