Untested Galway u-21 hurlers face Wexford

The Galway county u-21 hurlers take on Wexford this Saturday at 6pm in Semple Stadium in the All-Ireland semi-final.

It is a dwifficult game to predict as Galway have had no competitive game at this level thus far, and hence are very much an unknown quantity.

Wexford, on the other hand, have accounted for Kilkenny, Offaly and Dublin to get to this stage.

Despite those three victories, the bookies have the purple and gold men as 5/4 outsiders, with Galway at 8/11.

Galway did win the All-Ireland minor title three years ago (2011 ) and it will be interesting to see how many of that squad are still wearing their county colours three years later.

In the other semi-final which throws in at 4pm at the same venue, Antrim will take on Clare.

Both games are live on TG4.
