Screening of Good Morning Vietnam in aid of the Samaritans

In association with The Galway Samaritans, The Róisín Dubh is delighted to present a showing of the classic Good Morning Vietnam, starring the legendary and beloved Robin Williams.

All proceeds go directly to the Samaritans Galway. The Samaritans provide emotional support to people in distress or despair, 24 hours a day, seven days a week, by phone, text, email, face-to-face, and by post.

The organisation also provides outreach services to schools, community groups such as ICA and Active Retirement, prisons, and GP services, and relies greatly on community support.

A large number of local businesses have sponsored extremely generous spot-prizes for the night’s raffle, and the popcorn is free. So relax, kick back, and bask in the glorious joy that is Robin Williams in Good Morning Vietnam.

Doors at 7pm on Tuesday August 26. Entry is €5 on the door, and all proceeds go to Galway Samaritans.
