Seattle folk-punk band play Galway shows

THE BOG Hoppers, the Seattle folk punk band, are in Galway next week to play two shows in the city - the Róisín Dubh on Monday July 28 and Monroe’s BackStage Bar on Tuesday 29.

The sextet’s set list ranges from originals to folk standards - and influences would include the Dropkick Murphys, The Mahoneys, Flogging Molly - and they also incorporate comedy and dancing into their show. They are currently touring their second full-length album Top Shelf.

Doors for the Róisín gig are 9pm. Doors for the Monroe’s show are 10pm. Admission to either gig is €5.
