Doors re-open at new and improved House Hotel

The House Hotel, home to Galway's favourite cocktail bar, re-opens its doors tomorrow (Friday ) and The House team are looking forward to relaunching their newly refurbished boutique hotel.

With all of the same friendly and familiar team back in place, the head chef and cocktail mixologists have been busy creating exciting new menus for locals and visitors to enjoy.

With a new bistro menu offering sharing plates, tasty bites, and pizza, it is guaranteed to satisfy one and all.

As one of Galway's most popular venues the team at The House are keeping pace with the latest culinary trends and are offering a selection of dining options from those looking for a casual snack with a cocktail, to those celebrating their special occasions.

“It’s exciting to reopen with a brand new fit-out, really it’s a whole new hotel, however maintaining the boutique nature of the property,” said Margaret Jenkins, general manager. “We have a fabulous new coffee dock and an additional bar in the lobby.”

The House’s proud team are excited to showcase the extensive redesign and women will be delighted to know that hot pink will continue to be the predominant House colour.

Customers will immediately feel at home again with the familiarity of the boutique House Hotel.

If there is one place to check out in Galway this weekend, and throughout Race Week, it is the new quirky House Hotel which is located right in the heart of The Latin Quarter.

The team are looking forward to enjoying a festival of fashion and fun and are offering a late bar and nightly entertainment throughout the week, including Galway band Kif on Friday August 1. It really is the place to party throughout the Galway Races.
