This year’s Renville Park 5k race will take place on Wednesday June 25 at 8pm.
With almost 1,000 participants set to take part, the event is taking place to raise funds for Galway Autism Partnership, which assists families and individuals living with autism spectrum disorders. The event is sponsored by Level One Serviced Offices.
Race director Linda Burke commented: ‘‘We hope as many people as possible can come out and support this year’s event. It’s always a very competitive run but lots of fun is guaranteed. It’s an ideal course suiting all levels. We’re really looking forward to it and we have a fantastic team on board again this year.’’
Entry to the Reville Park 5k race costs €15 per person, with both runners and walkers allowed to participate. The first 200 entrants will receive complimentary race T-shirts.
