O’Donnellan & Joyce had 40 houses on view to the general public last Saturday for its forthcoming auction on June 27.
According to Colm O’Donnellan last weekend saw unprecedented viewings with potential purchasers coming out in force. The auction is creating quite a stir in the market as there are 45 properties in total due to go under the hammer.
