Seven people in Galway made settlements with the Revenue Commissioners in the first quarter of the year, amounting to more than €646,000, according to the latest list of defaulters published this week.
The highest settlement in Galway was made by a farmer and publican in Tuam, amounting to €165,754.
The seven Galway settlements were among 112 settlements throughout the country during the first three months of the year, netting Revenue some €23.25 million.
