HARRY POTTER fans - affectionately known as ‘Pott Heads’ - across County Galway will be flocking to the Town Hall Theatre for Potted Potter - The Unauthorised Harry Experience.
This phenomenally successful parody, by Daniel Clarkson and Jefferson Turner, of the JK Rowling books, is at the Town Hall from Tuesday April 29 to Sunday May 4, with matinees on the Saturday and Sunday.
Regardless of whether you know the difference between a Horcrux and a Hufflepuff, this brilliant comedy will make you roar with laughter and is perfect for ages six to those as old as Dumbledore.
Potted Potter was nominated for the Best Entertainment and Family Show at the Olivier Award. The Guardian hailed it as “inventive, daft fun for all the family that doesn’t feel the slightest bit cynical. A winner in every way”; Time Out London called it “gloriously irreverent”; while the Toronto Star enthused: “Muggle or master wizard, you’re going to love this show.”
Tickets are available from the Town Hall on 091 - 569777 or www.tht.ie
