Sinn Féin vice president Mary Lou McDonald will address a public meeting in Galway next week to discuss the party’s pre-budget proposals.
The meeting will take place on Thursday September 26 at 8pm in the Harbour Hotel. It will also include a discussion on the upcoming Seanad Referendum. Sinn Féin is campaigning for a Yes vote on October 4, arguing that the Seanad is “an elitist, undemocratic institution”.
The meeting will be attended by the SF EU candidate for the North West constituency, Matt Carthy, as well as Galway city and Connemara local election candidates. All are welcome to attend.
