THE AMAZING Apples return to Galway, following dates in Britain and the USA, and play Monroe’s Live tomorrow from 9pm.
The band’s country, folk, and bluegrass sound can be heard on their download chart-topping EP, Three or Four Shoes.
In the venue’s Backstage Bar the same night, Shadowplay, “one of the best and busiest new live bands in the country,” according to Hotpress, play. Their debut album, recorded with producers Dave Odlum (The Frames ) and Chris Kimsey (Rolling Stones ) is due for release later this year.
