CORK’S FINEST - Donal Dineen and Fish Go Deep - are heading to Galway to play the Christmas Weekender in the Cellar Underground tomorrow and Saturday.
The great Donal Dineen - who hosted the influential No Disco on RTÉ 2 in the 1990s and who now presents The Small Hours every weekday on Today FM - will perform a DJ set of deep house, soulful techno, dubstep, reggae, and soul tomorrow at 10pm.
On Saturday, Fish Go Deep (Greg Dowling and Shane Johnson ) will join the Disconauts for a night of no nonsense house music. Dowling and Johnson celebrated 20 years spinning together this year including a set in the Bodytonic arena at Electric Picnic.
The shows are being organised by local promoters Lowerstate and the Disconauts. Tickets are €10 for each show and available from The Cellar Bar on 091 - 563966.
