THE APPIAN WAY was a famous road connecting Ancient Rome to southern Italy. It is also the name for an up-and-coming Mullingar quintet.
The Appian Way - Elaine Faughnan (vocals/synths ), Ciaran Fagan (guitar ), Joey Mulligan (guitar ), Keith Naughton (bass ), and Daragh Cummins (drums ) - will bring their catchy, melodic power pop, as heard on their debut single, ‘Teignmouth Electron’, to Monroe’s Live this Saturday at 9pm.
Support is from Ignition Kid. Tickets are €10 and available on the door or through www.monroes.ie and 091 - 583397.
