Afree recycling event will be held staged in DID Electrical, Briarhill Business Park this weekend in honour of LauraLynn, Ireland’s Children’s Hospice.
Organied by WEEE Ireland, the charity event takes place on Saturday February 23 from 10am to 4pm where peoplee can rid their home of any unwanted electrical equipment and batteries safely.
WEEE Ireland, the Irish compliance scheme for electrical and battery recycling, invites all Galway residents to contribute to this worthy cause. Items can be anything that are battery or electrically powered with a plug.
All batteries recycled on the day will go towards the “Spread a Little Sunshine” campaign for LauraLynn, Ireland’s Children’s Hospice.
