The county minor hurling final produced a terrific game on Sunday in Kenny Park with Tommy Larkins stealing a win at the death over Turloughmore by 4-8 to 2-13.
It was an enthralling game throughout with no shortage of talking points, not least the extra time at the end of that game that allowed Jason Flynn to point a late 65 to give his side a one-point victory.
Turloughmore can bounce back from the heartbreak of this defeat as they are a young side, with many players on the club’s u-16 side that won the county title earlier this year
