Re-ignite the spark within with free seminar at Ballybane Enterprise Centre

The challenge we all face in today’s environment is finding balance in our lives, once we find balance we start to live a more fulfilled and happy life and achieve more goals. A well balanced person has a far greater ability to focus his/her attention and energy on attaining goals, taking action and moving forward with greater confidence.

Ballybane Enterprise Centre is hosting a free seminar at 6.30pm on Wednesday October 10 for business people who are looking to move forward in life and creating a masterplan of what they want to achieve. This one hour seminar run by high energy motivator Orla Conneely will help participants create a results plan looking at where they are in life and where they want to be starting from the inside.

Entitled “Re-ignite the Spark Within” Ms Conneely’sseminar will focus on setting and achieving both personal and business goals, identifying what you really want and getting where it is you want to be in life.

Ms Conneely, who has more than 10 years experience in motivating and training high performance sales teams and coaching company directors, says it is crucially important to look at how we view ourselves as this can determine whether we reach our goals.

“We need to start by being honest with ourselves- starting with how we view ourselves. Only then can we free ourselves from limiting beliefs and set achievable personal and business goals for where we want to be in life,” says Ms Conneely.

Announcing the event Liam Bluett, general manager, Ballybane Enterprise Centre commented,

“People are busier than ever before, indeed increased technology and online communication means that people never get time off — they are always on with the consequence that true down time has become a thing of the past.

“Orla Conneely’s seminar will offer a practical approach to winning back that balance and achieving personal or business goals by incorporating a few simple changes in to our daily lives.”
