The Volvo Ocean Race may be over but that does not mean live concerts on the docks are, as the area will host Summer Pop in August, and Jedward will be the headliners.
Summer Pop, a family fun day live music event, will be held at Victoria Place, New Docks, on Sunday August 26. As well as the irrepressible Jedward, the line-up for the day will include Britain’s Got Talent finalist Ryan O’Shaughnessy, Galway bands The Amazing Apples and Oddity, and Irish DJ, DJ Ahmed. Local children from Stagecoach Theatre Arts School will also be performing.
