Public interviews, readings, and talks will take place with Chic’s Nile Rodgers (Hotel Meyrick, July 19 ); actors John Mahoney and Rondi Reed (Hotel Meyrick, July 19 ); and Fintan O’Toole will interview Mary Robinson and later Tom Murphy and Garry Hynes (Town Hall, July 27 ).
In NUI Galway on July 28 there will be philosopher Jules Evans; Aisling Foundation (now Kanchi ) founder Caroline Casey; The Trailblaze people and ideas showcase; and music and literary critic Alex Ross. I Lost My Heart To A Galway Girl, will celebrate Nora Barnacle through readings in St Nicholas’ on July 27.
