Clarinbridge-based interior design company, Cotton Box Design Group, has been awarded the contract to provide a complete interior design package for the new extension planned for the The Ardilaun hotel.
The extension will include 12 bedrooms, an expansion of the existing bar and new public toilets. Cotton Box is involved in all aspects of the interior design including design development, space planning, product selection and site supervision. Work has already started on the extension with the project due to be finished in April 2009.
Commenting on the contract win, John Mullarkey, sales and marketing manager of Cotton Box Design Group said Cotton Box is delighted to be working with one of Ireland’s premier hotels.
“We have been involved in the complete interior design of a number of high profile hotels in Ireland including the K Club, The Clarion Hotel, and the Lough Rynn Estate which complement this project perfectly.
“Cotton Box leads the way with our trademark luxury design, injecting life into projects while maximising space.”
According to Mr Mullarkey, the secret to their success is to ensure that clients are 100 per cent satisfied.
“Responding to the brief, our design team use computer generated visuals enabling clients to see precisely what the end result will be. This allows them to proof and make changes to the design if needed and ensures that they are completely satisfied before any of our team begins the physical transformation.
“The use of these computer generated visuals also enables our clients to promote their new projects on web sites and brochures long before the property is completed.”
Providing a complete interior design package, from concept to fit out, Cotton Box Design Group delivers design that is creative, functional, and best suited to individual clients.
Using a six step plan from the brief to the final client handover, Cotton Box ensure that all requirements are met throughout the conceptual planning, aesthetic and technical aspects to achieve their client’s desired result.
