Cré na Cille, Máirtín Ó Cadhain’s classic novel, has been adapted for radio, stage, screen, and now, in its latest incarnation, for the e-reader.
Cló Iar-Chonnacht publishers has released an e-book edition of the original Cré na Cille, first published in 1949, which features illustrations by the renowned Irish painter, Charles Lamb.
The e-book has been made available on all of the major e-readers, including the Amazon Kindle and the Sony Reader. It is available through most of the major online booksellers, Amazon.com, Waterstones, Barnes and Noble, and others. The book is priced between €6 and €10, depending on the online shop.
Cré na Cille is one of a selection of books chosen by Cló Iar-Chonnacht to launch its provision of e-books.
