Purefit is the brainchild of Fiona Fleming, a postgraduate in exercise and nutrition, a certified personal trainer as well as a spinning, pump and tone, and kettlebell EKI instructor and TRX trainer.
Purefit focuses on classes that will achieve the right balance of cardio, toning, and body fat reduction, while increasing energy and reducing stress for all ages and all levels of fitness. Classes include pump and tone, spinning, kettlebells, group personal training, one to one personal training, and nutritional workshops. The nutritional workshops will start after Christmas with a fun and informative workshop every week on healthy eating, label reading, and much more. All classes, group training, and nutrition workshops are pay as you go.
Purefit also offers other ways to encourage you to tone and lose body fat, through group personal training for only €8 per session. An individual programme in a group setting takes place at 9pm Monday to Thursday.
