A series of mental health Trialogue meetings, which are open conversations about mental health, have been taking place every month in Galway since March. The next meeting takes place on Wednesday, November 9 at 7pm in the new Jigsaw venue in Fairgreen House, opposite the Galway Coach Station.
The Trialogues are aimed at people working in mental health, people who have mental health difficulties, and everyone who cares about positive mental health. The Trialogue is a facilitated circle of conversations that offers people unique opportunities to freely and safely share their own experiences, stories or questions about mental health. The open dialogue approach also offers people the opportunity to listen and to gain insight into the lived, personal experience of others.
Those interested in understanding more about other people’s experiences and perceptions about mental health, and in possibly sharing their own experience, are welcome to attend the next Trialogue meeting next Wednesday.
